Recommended Usage

Pour approximately 2 grams of powder into a shallow dish or the palm of your hand. Moisten the longest finger on your opposite hand and dip the finger into the powder. Rub gently over teeth and gums. The astringent action will begin almost immediately, hold for 2 minutes and then rinse thoroughly. Floss and then rinse once again.

You may also use a toothbrush but the most efficient method is gently rubbing the product over the surfaces of the oral cavity.
