Kalonji Seeds

Kalonji is a spice which derives from the seeds of the Nigella sativa. Kalonji is often dry roasted and used to flavor curries, dals, stir-fries, and naan. Kalonji also is believed to have numerous health benefits and have been touted as a 'seed of blessing.' Kalonji contains high amounts of amino acids, iron, sodium, calcium, fatty acids, potassium, and vitamins A, C, K, and E.
